  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream

Instructions

  • Whisk together milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, salt, and pumpkin puree.
  • Preheat skillet over medium heat; lightly grease.
  • Soak brioche slices in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  • Toast in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Continue with remaining slices and serve warm with toppings.
