- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup buttermilk syrup (or your favorite syrup)
- 1 ½ cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Whisk together milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, salt, and pumpkin puree.
- Preheat skillet over medium heat; lightly grease.
- Soak brioche slices in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Toast in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Continue with remaining slices and serve warm with toppings.
