- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Divide the batter between two greased 8" x 4" loaf pans.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
