  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Divide the batter between two greased 8" x 4" loaf pans.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pans for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
