Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • â…” cup pecan halves, chopped

Instructions

  • Cream together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  • Gradually add flour, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine egg, butter, light brown sugar, vanilla, and salt for the filling.
  • Prepare a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Shape chilled dough into balls and press into muffin cups.
  • Spoon pecans into each cup and pour in the filling mixture.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on a wire rack and gently trace edges with a knife for easy removal.
