Instructions
- Cream together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine egg, butter, light brown sugar, vanilla, and salt for the filling.
- Prepare a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Shape chilled dough into balls and press into muffin cups.
- Spoon pecans into each cup and pour in the filling mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack and gently trace edges with a knife for easy removal.
