  • Incorporate eggs, mixing until well blended.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips by hand.
  • Chill dough for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Scoop cookie dough onto sheets, spacing them out.
  • Bake for 13-16 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Cool on the sheets for 4 minutes before transferring.
