- 2 Large eggs, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Incorporate eggs, mixing until well blended.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips by hand.
- Chill dough for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line baking sheets with parchment.
- Scoop cookie dough onto sheets, spacing them out.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on the sheets for 4 minutes before transferring.
