Instructions
- Mix softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix into the butter mixture.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare the peach filling by cooking peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and cornstarch until thickened.
- Create crumble topping by mixing flour and brown sugar, then add melted butter.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake crumble for 3-4 minutes.
- Shape chilled dough, fill with peach filling, and top with crumble before baking.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until lightly golden brown.
