Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in bread, cheese, sausage, and bacon.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and allow casserole to sit for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until set and golden.
