- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 bag of white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Combine with softened cream cheese and mix well.
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice; mix until uniform.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips.
- Dip each pumpkin ball in chocolate and add sprinkles if desired.
- Allow to set for 30 minutes before enjoying.
