  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • ¾ cup creamed corn
  • ¾ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, for corn casserole
  • ¾ cup Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with heavy-duty foil and create compartments using strips of foil.
  • Mix softened butter with black pepper, garlic, rosemary, and sage, then rub under turkey skin.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and roast turkey for 1 hour, basting with herb butter until it reaches 160°F.
  • Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Sauté onions and celery in butter, add chicken broth, then mix with stuffing.
  • Microwave sweet potatoes until soft, scoop out flesh, and mix with milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and egg.
  • Prepare topping with melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and pecans.
  • Trim Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, bacon, and walnuts.
  • Combine creamed corn, corn kernels, sour cream, melted butter, an egg, and Jiffy corn muffin mix.
  • After the turkey has cooked for an hour, arrange stuffing and side dishes around it and bake for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve the turkey and sides once everything is cooked through.
