  • 1 batch Homemade Chocolate Pudding (using full-fat coconut milk and 4 tablespoons coconut sugar)
  • Homemade coconut whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  • Combine pecans, dates, cacao powder, cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil in a food processor and process until sticky.
  • Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  • Prepare the chocolate pudding using full-fat coconut milk and coconut sugar.
  • Pour the pudding over the crust and smooth it out.
  • Refrigerate the tart overnight to set.
  • Make coconut whipped cream and dollop it over the tart before serving.
  • Top with chocolate shavings and enjoy.
