- 1 batch Homemade Chocolate Pudding (using full-fat coconut milk and 4 tablespoons coconut sugar)
- Homemade coconut whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for topping
Instructions
- Combine pecans, dates, cacao powder, cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil in a food processor and process until sticky.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding using full-fat coconut milk and coconut sugar.
- Pour the pudding over the crust and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate the tart overnight to set.
- Make coconut whipped cream and dollop it over the tart before serving.
- Top with chocolate shavings and enjoy.
