Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the freezer.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
