Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into muffin cups and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Spoon filling into crusts, filling three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until centers are slightly jiggly.
- Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with orange frosting and chocolate chips for faces.
