Instructions

- Fry tortilla squares until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
- Cook chorizo and chilorio in the same pan for 5-6 minutes.
- Add whisked eggs to the pan, stirring to mix with meat until lightly scrambled.
- Fold crispy tortillas back in, season with salt and pepper, and cook until eggs are done.
