- 1 cup of your favorite Jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1/4 cup of gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1/4 cup of corn syrup
- A sprinkle of powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Combine Jello powder and cold water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix unflavored gelatin with hot water and combine with Jello mix.
- Stir in corn syrup until well blended.
- Cover and chill mixture in the fridge for about an hour.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour and spread Jello mixture evenly in the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill again for 2-3 hours until set.
- Dust with powdered sugar, slice into strips, and roll up each strip.
