Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and milk together in a bowl.
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
- Mix egg-milk mixture with dry ingredients in the saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium-high heat while whisking constantly.
- Simmer and add dark chocolate or chocolate chips until melted.
- Chill the pudding in individual dishes for at least one hour.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
