Ingredients

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping or whipped cream
- 2–3 Heath bars, crushed
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup and pour over the cake.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
