Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix together oats, flour, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and pumpkin puree; mix until smooth.
- Scoop and shape the batter into balls on a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes on the sheet.
- Prepare the drizzle by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla; drizzle over cooled cookies.
