Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Blend buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients carefully.
- Grease donut pan and fill each cavity with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Cool the donuts before glazing.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
- Dip each donut in glaze and let excess drip off.
- Decorate with chocolate chips or icing for eyes.
- Allow glaze to set for 15 minutes.
