- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half the colorful sprinkles.
- Spread dough in a lined 9×13 inch baking pan and sprinkle remaining sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for a toothpick to come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack and cut into squares.
