Instructions

- Scrub potatoes under running water; slice each vertically into ⅛ to ¼-inch slices, stopping ½ inch from the base.
- Combine melted butter and crushed garlic in a bowl; brush mixture onto potatoes.
- Bake potatoes for 30 minutes; remove and add more garlic butter before baking for another 25 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese; bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
