Instructions

- Place cubed potatoes in the crockpot, cover with cold water, and sprinkle with salt.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
- Drain potatoes and return to the warm crockpot.
- Add butter, cream cheese, and milk; mash until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
