Crockpot Christmas Crack is a delightful blend of sweet and salty, making it the perfect holiday treat. With minimal effort, you can create a festive sweet that everyone will love, featuring chocolate, toffee, and crunchy saltine crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of saltine crackers
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts
  • A sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  • Grease the inside of the crockpot.
  • Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, heat until boiling.
  • Layer saltine crackers in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Drizzle half of the toffee mixture over the crackers.
  • Add half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, then pour the remaining toffee mixture.
  • Top with remaining chocolate chips and optional white chocolate.
  • Set crockpot on low for 2 hours.
  • After cooking, gently stir and mix in chopped nuts.
  • Let cool for 30 minutes in the crockpot, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
