Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
- Sear shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes until pink, seasoning with salt and pepper before removing from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté butter and minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
- Deglaze with white wine, stirring well for one minute.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
