Instructions

  • Sear shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes until pink, seasoning with salt and pepper before removing from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, sauté butter and minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
  • Deglaze with white wine, stirring well for one minute.
  • Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
