  • 1/3 cup milk, 2% or whole
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, low fat or fat free
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes, or to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add frozen peas and stir until they are thawed.
  3. Mix in minced garlic along with Kosher salt and pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Incorporate cream cheese and milk, mixing until fully combined for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and cook until melted and the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley and chili flakes if desired.
