- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Combine boiling water with jello, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix in cold water, then add fruits and nuts.
- Chill mixture until set in a baking dish.
- Whip heavy cream and mix with cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Spread cream cheese topping over chilled jello salad.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
