Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Slowly add flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into balls and wrap with pretzels.
- Melt chocolate chips and optional vegetable oil.
- Dip pretzel bites in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Allow to cool and harden before storing.
