  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, scallions, and parsley.
  • In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
