- 8 ounces (2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine chicken with ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, then whisk in flour and gradually add warmed milk.
- Stir in salt, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning, then mix in grated cheeses until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and top with chicken, bacon, and parsley.
