Instructions
- Prepare chicken by slicing breasts into cutlets and pound lightly.
- Set up the breading station with flour mixture, egg mix, and Panko mixture.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with Panko.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
