Instructions
- Prepare the spice blend by mixing garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning.
- Combine flour with additional garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Whisk together buttermilk, eggs, and hot sauce in another bowl.
- Coat each steak in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and return to the flour for a final coating.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray coated steaks with olive oil spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
