  • 3 bell peppers (any combination of red, orange, yellow), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (for sautéing)
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  • Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cilantro, honey, chili powder, salt, and red pepper flakes for dressing.
  • Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and oregano for fajita seasoning.
