  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 4 tablespoons oil, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  • Toss diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder; spread in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Combine chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning; cook in a skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
