Instructions
- In a large blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and peppermint extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 4-6 drops of red food coloring and blend until the color is uniform.
- Shave the chocolate bar using a cheese grater and set aside.
- Pour the milkshake into glass jars, mixing in the chocolate shavings.
- Top with whipped topping and a maraschino cherry before serving.
