Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine quartered potatoes with avocado oil in a large bowl or freezer bag.
- Sprinkle Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix, salt, and black pepper over potatoes; mix well.
- Transfer seasoned potatoes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until edges begin to brown.
- Flip potatoes and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top; return to oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
