- 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced (divided)
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups (226 g) cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 Roma tomato, diced (for topping)
- â…“ cup dill pickles, diced (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a casserole dish.
- Combine seasoned salt, hamburger seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil and sauté half of the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mixture; cook until browned.
- Mix in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and ketchup with the beef mixture.
- Stuff the beef mixture into each pasta shell and place in the casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Top with diced pickles, diced Roma tomato, and remaining onions. Serve warm.
