Instructions
- Preheat the broiler, positioning the rack about six inches from the heat.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Pat walleye fillets dry and brush both sides with the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Broil on one side for about 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Flip fillets and broil for an additional 3-4 minutes until they flake easily.
