  • 6 Ounces of brie cheese (about ¾ Cup)
  • ¼ Cup of whole cranberry sauce
  • ¼ Cup of orange marmalade
  • ¼ Cup of chopped pecans
  • Nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix cranberry sauce with orange marmalade in a bowl and set aside.
  • Slice brie cheese into small cubes.
  • Roll out crescent roll dough on a floured surface, sealing perforations.
  • Cut the dough into 24 squares and press into muffin pan molds.
  • Place one cube of brie cheese in each mold, add a tablespoon of cranberry mixture, and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and garnish with rosemary.
