- 8 baked croissants, split horizontally
- 24 slices deli ham
- 12 large eggs, scrambled
- 8 slices Muenster cheese
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Spread garlic butter on the bottom halves of the croissants and reserve some for later.
- Arrange garlic buttered croissant bottoms on a baking sheet.
- Layer ham and scrambled eggs on the croissants, then top with Muenster cheese.
- Place croissant tops over the filled bottoms and brush with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
