- 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons onion soup mix (1/2 package)
- 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Sliced dill pickles, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef with onion soup mix until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on sprayed foil.
- Combine cooked beef, mayonnaise, and cheese; spread over rolls.
- Place top halves of rolls over the beef mixture.
- Mix melted butter, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon; brush on top.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with dill pickles on the side.
