  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 60 grams
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 60 grams
  • 1/4 cup date paste or 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 11 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the kefir, frozen raspberries, blueberries, date paste, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Stir the chia seeds into the mixture vigorously.
  3. Allow the blend to rest for 20 minutes, stirring again afterward.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into 6 small glasses or jars, filling each with 3/4 cup.
  5. Cover the glasses and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
