- 3 cups kefir 750 ml
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 60 grams
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 60 grams
- 1/4 cup date paste or 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 11 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend the kefir, frozen raspberries, blueberries, date paste, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Stir the chia seeds into the mixture vigorously.
- Allow the blend to rest for 20 minutes, stirring again afterward.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 6 small glasses or jars, filling each with 3/4 cup.
- Cover the glasses and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
