Instructions
- Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub both sides of the chicken breast with the spice mix.
- Heat cooking oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Chop the rested chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the chopped chicken with ¼ cup BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare the pizza pan.
- Spread ½ cup BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce, then top with BBQ chicken, jalapeño slices, and red onion.
- Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve warm.
