Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the corvina fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the corvina and let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Bake the marinated corvina for 15 to 20 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Check for doneness with a fork or food thermometer.
