- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Chop cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cornstarch, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and coat thoroughly with the mixture.
- Place coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Shake basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer cauliflower to a mixing bowl, toss with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Return cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
